CX200 is a small turning-milling compound machine tool. Through the dual-power spindle structure (milling spindle and turning spindle) and an 8-station automatic tool changer (4 turning tool stations, 2 milling tool stations, 2 drilling center hole stations), it integrates multiple functions such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping, achieving multi-process machining in a single setup. It features a small size, quiet operation, light weight, easy handling (with movable casters at the bottom of the machine); stable performance, low failure rate, low maintenance cost, and good rigidity. It is equipped with an industrial-grade panel CNC system, XYZ three-axis with servo motors, uses a single-phase 220V or AC110V voltage, includes an interlock protection device, has a cast iron inclined bed structure, equipped with high-precision linear guides and ball screws, and comes with a workpiece coolant circulation system.
Servo motor drive, high speed, precision, low noise, 8-station automatic tool change. The Y-axis servo motor drives the power tool spindle to move along the Y-axis through a ball screw, and the configured power motor can perform processing of complex parts such as drilling, milling, turning, boring, and tapping. It uses servo motor indexing, bidirectional nearby tool change, with fast tool change speed and high efficiency.
The inclined bed design allows the guide rail plane to form a 30° angle with the horizontal plane, increasing the X-axis travel under the same guide rail width, accommodating more tool positions, and enhancing machining flexibility. The compact inclined bed design reduces the machine's footprint. A three-jaw chuck or ER40 collet can be selected to hold the workpiece, with a workpiece cooling system included.

Using a 220-volt or 110-volt single-phase power supply and a servo drive system. A reasonable circuit layout reduces the signal-to-noise ratio degradation caused by signal transmission attenuation, thereby ensuring correct and reliable signal transmission.
